Re: Create a mask with UV sensor
I have been playing around with the UV sensor a bit and have some concerns as well as ideas. A couple things I notice: 1) The UV sensor is highly directionally sensitive, and the angle of the projector beam changes across the build plate changes as you move away from center. I'm not sure we are get...

Re: Resin that doesn't absorb moisture
It does work. I've tried with several resin brands. If, instead of water, you use glycerin it's even better.

Re: Daylight Polymer 3D Printer
It looks like a very slow resin. The best case scenario is 26.8 seconds(exposicion + peeling) for a 0.050 layer.

Re: Canon REALiS SX6 (LCoSi)
From a comment from the linked blog; " Hey Rich, what have you changed on your LCoS projector to protect the LC molecules from getting damages due to the UV light? My LCoS was damaged after 100hours of printing with a 5W UV LED." I think that's the main problem, but do try and report back...

Re: Canon REALiS SX6 (LCoSi)
I don't think it will work. It's a liquid crystal projector.

Re: Difficulty printing holes!
How thick are you slicing ? If it's anything less than 100 micros I would try increasing to it.

Re: Anyone that has successfully printed with B9 Cherry?
I have the same Acer and I've been printing with 5750 milliseconds. I took the lamp UV filter out, I don't think you are going to be able to print with it place. My build area is 120mm x 65mm(I don't have a LittleRP). The acer is acually a terrible projector, it would help to mod and calibrate it as...
