motors seizing up or intermittent moves , etc , is down to trying to move the motors faster than they are capable given the accelleration and velocity settings your trying to use either in the firmware defaults or too high a feed rate etc slow everything down ,and also recheck the microstepping is ...

Hey guys,

I have a scratch of light coming out of my projector. Has anyone ever encountered this?

I have yet to use my projector except for shining a few test exposures against my wall to test communication. Other than that it has sat in it's cloth case.

I think this would eliminate alot of the headache. And, if you have a few of them in the field odds are the people using them will knock it out of alighnment, or get material under the vatt making it act like an unintended shim. Guys, I have been reading a lot about build platforms. It seems an easy solution to getting your first layer to a mechanically flat layer would be to incorporate some sort of ball join system.
