Re: Limit Switch to stop stepper motor
There is a Z limit footprint on the shield, you can solder the wires directly do it, or solder in a connector. The switch should be wired for normally open. How the LittleRP2 limit switch is designed it to home at the top of the printer, then use a g code command of a known distance to bring the arm...

Re: Stretched prints with FEP VAT
Sorry for the delay in answering this, things have been pretty nuts here with fires and floods. The steps per mm are likely incorrect in grbl. You can either increase the microstepping by adding an extra jumper, or change the steps per mm value. Can you take a pic of your controller board and what s...

It looks like bigcartel is doing an update and maybe this has broken a few things. The 50% left is just a stock indicator, but there should be an add to cart button at the top. If you want you can email me directly brad @ 3degreeskelvin.com and I can just send a paypal invoice or similar. Most grbl ...

Re: Little RP- new, not yet calibrated. Weird issue- did I break my projector?
My initial thoughts are that 1) may not be good enough buildplate adhesion, makerjuice will sometimes require a base on a part. Is the part still stuck to the baseplate in all areas when you are done? 2) the film may not be tight on both sides of the vat. to get some more tension, you can remove the...

Re: Ilieos UV LED projector mod.
I never actually printed with the setup, however it should be functionally identical to a miicraft or projet 1200.
You can see a short video showing led control with the lrp2 controller.

Re: FEP masking film
FEP when lasercut tends to leave a white powder, plus under the film you can get some flashback from the honeycomb. Now if your laser settings are just right then you can probably cut it without these issues (flexvat.com) for example has dialed in their settings to avoid this. I personally just coat...

Re: Ilieos UV LED projector mod.
It's something I've thought about. There is no reason it wouldn't work, and work well, the problem is that I'm not sure there are that many people who want to get into SLA cheap with a LIttleRP, but are ok spending $1500 on a uv dlp :) I had plans to release a version of the LittleRP that used the p...
