Use a vat that doesn't allow any light in, and has a lid. No need to remove the resin from the vat between prints then.

I have had some success with top-down printing. Trying to avoid the whole vat coating issue. This part took about 20 minutes to build at 0.1mm layer height, using MakerJuice Sub G+. You've done a great thing here with CW. Great work.

I have 23 years of 3D modeling experience and mechanical design. I've used most methods of 3D printing, and have had most of the problems as well! ;) I'd be happy to help in any way possible. Just lemme know what I can do.
