Maybe something like this: http://s.aliexpress.com/eueUvqMR ..underdriven at around 80W...with a micro lenticular diffuser ( about 85% transmission )... http://www.microsharp.co.uk/index.php/news/161-lenticular-diffusers-.html ..and obviously a huge cpu cooler with fan + thermal paste on the back ? ...

Okieee... ..ther's a 40mm-ish wide and 20mm-ish height unusable falloff around the whole build plate...this is with 8sec of exposure. Led being 20wor possibly 30w...as I may have got the first led upgrade of this printer... ..anyways...using a mask could solve it...but would likely double my exposur...

Hey Good to hear someone else is using nanodlp for these printers...I'm on the yhd-101 20w from jamesluis. Very similar to the duplicator so if that one has problems with edge printing...likely so does mine. Wellsee if the 1.5mm supports on the full plate model I'm making will print adequacy this we...

Ah yes ! Guess we'll find out soon as I'm planning to print a large object the coming week or two that will not only fill the whole platform, but also be at an angle and 100+ mm Z. If the light is uneven it will make that idea crash and burn... ..if not... ..the mask won't be needed. Wish me luck ;)...

Hey Not sure you need a mask..? ..correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the mask function just for DLP owners who got projectors with broken pixels ? ..all you do is make sure all items are within the build envelope and at the zero plane... ..and they should slice fine + print ? Provided your timings ar...

I haven't used the Chinese resin...but I'd take down the layer exposure to 10sec...6sec of you have the 40w printer. It seems to me that if you get stuck to the fep you either have too weak supports...or over exposure. Those numbers are based on me using 0.03 layers and senertek cast resin. Good luc...

Re: UK casters accepting resins for burnout
Hey psbond, Your post is from 2015 yikes but I thought I'd let you know anyways...I'm using senertek resin and have achieved a 98% burnout with JustCasting in hatton garden, London. I reckon with longer post print UV cure I'll get 100% burnout but haven't got around to try it yet. Will do the coming...

Re: Additional Pigment needed for FTD Deep Black?
Hey
Great to see someone on here using FTD deep black !
Could any of you possibly measure electrical conductivity / ohm on one of your cured prints ?
Deep black is supposed to use nano carbon and that may make it conductive.
Please let me know ?
I would be very grateful.
Many thanks !!!
