Re: Projector Mod for LittleRP Success!
That is brilliant. Makes me really consider getting a filament printer. Thank you for sharing this. On a similar note, I've actually had to put the color wheel back. I'm working with FTD Deep Black, which is a very, VERY sensitive resin (they recommend .5 second exposure time). Evidently, the PJD782...

Re: Masking Troubleshooting & NanoDLP Host?
That light distribution tutorial is spot on. Their pictures even look a lot like the masks and prints I made. I think the distribution is so severe in this model is because the bulb is at such an angle. The light gets redirected at least twice before it comes out. I imagine those other models are bu...

Re: LittleRP casting resin show and tell
I look forward to seeing what changed from the Beta to the final version.
I wish I could get my prints to come out that smooth.

Masking Troubleshooting & NanoDLP Host?
What I'm working with: - LittleRP 2 Beta - Fun-to-Do Deep Black resin - ViewSonic PJD7820HD with modified/removed color wheel - See-Me-CNC Universal Flex Vat with 5 mil FEP sheeting Quick recap: I had trouble with prints sticking which (I think) was mostly due to the Z Lift being too fast. After tha...

Re: Sticking to FEP Vat/Won't stick to build plate - HELP!
there is an exposure testing utility that you can use on my flexvat website: https://flexvat.com/pages/diy-and-technical-information#Exposure%20Testing How do I use the "Use 3D Print and Input Table to Create Correction Mask. Etc." part? The instructions on your site says that it's been d...

Re: Sticking to FEP Vat/Won't stick to build plate - HELP!
Regular SubSF will have bleed problems at lower than 100 micron heights, the only way around that is to add additional blocker (which is what the subsf for littlerp does). Fep can also get damaged (roughened) so if it starts sticking excessively it will just get worse quickly so a new film might be...

Re: My first prints with littlerp.
head-zonk, it is worth noting that the htl flexvat has a much lower tension than the seeme vat you are using, so when he says increase the tension take it with a grain of salt. After some additional testing it looks like the lrp2 will be using an integrated htl style vat with an acrylic underplate,...

Thank you for the reply.
It turns out my problem was I had the Z Lift way too fast and was over exposing it. Now I'm trying to undo light bleeding and get the exposure area even. I'm trying out masks right now and so far it's been hit and miss. Mostly miss.

Re: No Consistent Success - SOMEBODY HELP!!!
The only other and first resin I've used is MakerJuice SF Red. I got it because it was relatively cheap and the reviews and print results looked good. However, shortly after using some of it, I found out that it does not play nice with platinum cure silicone. Which given what I do, makes it mostly u...

Re: No Consistent Success - SOMEBODY HELP!!!
I do not think anything is left at the default settings. My settings are as follows: Configure Machine.PNG Configure Slicing.PNG The mask is an image used to filter out a measure of the light in certain areas of the projected images. Look at these threads here, they explain it better than I can. It'...
