I don't know if you are still working on this project, but I would question if the florescence stays in the final state, or can it be bleached out? I think some of the brighteners added to the resin result in that bluish tint when not completely cured.

It is possible. Ilios did it a few years ago (non-affiliated with them and don't recommend). I believe it was used to duplicate prints.
